Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Designing 0D, 1D, and 3D models of compressors and turbines (axial and radial)
- Performance analysis and generating performance maps for compressors and turbines
- Creating geometry for blades, impellers, disks, casings, guide vanes, and other components of compressors and turbines
- Designing the geometry of inlets, diffusers, collectors, nozzles, and other flow paths of compressors and turbines
- Designing engine inlet and exhaust geometries (nozzle) for aircraft integration
Qualifications:
- Expertise in the performance and flow fields of axial and radial turbomachinery
- Proficiency in turbomachinery design software such as NREC, AED, and Vista
- Familiarity with developing in-house codes and programming in Fortran, MATLAB, and C++
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated, committed, organized, and punctual
- Strong teamwork skills and active communication with colleagues and managers
Requirements:
- Field of Study: Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (specializing in Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics, or Propulsion)
- Academic Status:
- Master’s degree: Graduated
- PhD: Research proposal approved
- Work Type:
- Graduates: Full-time
- PhD students: Part-time (minimum 3 days per week and 120 hours per month)
- Commitment: Minimum 2 years of collaboration
